Pain aux bananes protéiné à la vanille

Vanilla protein banana bread

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup Drink Nature vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ¾ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, soy, or regular milk)

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C (350 °F).

  2. In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas, eggs, Greek yogurt, and milk.

  3. Add the Drink Nature protein powder, oat flour, and baking powder. Mix until smooth.

  4. Gently fold in the chocolate chips.

  5. Pour the mixture into a lightly oiled or parchment-lined loaf pan.

  6. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.

  7. Let cool before slicing.
