Protein pudding with blueberries and chia seeds

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup of milk or soy beverage
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
  • ½ cup of berries, fresh or frozen
  • 1 scoop (18g) of Drink Nature blueberry protein powder
  • Optional toppings: granola, choice of nuts, nut butter, chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour into a mason jar.
  2. Leave to rest for at least two hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. Add a little milk to the pudding if it's too thick for your liking. Serve with the berries as a garnish.
