Protein pudding with blueberries and chia seeds
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk or soy beverage
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup or honey
- ½ cup of berries, fresh or frozen
- 1 scoop (18g) of Drink Nature blueberry protein powder
- Optional toppings: granola, choice of nuts, nut butter, chocolate chips
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and pour into a mason jar.
- Leave to rest for at least two hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
- Add a little milk to the pudding if it's too thick for your liking. Serve with the berries as a garnish.
