Dry ingredients


  • 1 cup of whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup of Drink Nature Blueberry Protein
  • 1 cup of quick-cooking oats
  • 3 tbsp of mixed grains (hemp, flax, camelina, chia, pumpkin, sunflower…)
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda

Wet ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • ½ cup of maple syrup
  • ⅓ cup of avocado oil
  • 1 cup of milk or plant-based drink of your choice
  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen blueberries

Instructions :

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients: flour, protein powder, oat flakes, grain mix, baking powder and baking soda.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, maple syrup, avocado oil, and milk.
  4. Incorporate the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix well until a homogeneous dough is obtained (avoid overmixing to prevent the dough from becoming too dense).
  5. Gently add the blueberries to the batter.
  6. Divide the batter into greased muffin tins and fill three-quarters full.
  7. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow to cool on a wire rack before enjoying.

👉 This recipe makes approximately 12 muffins.
