Mini-cheese cake protéiné sans cuisson

No-bake protein mini cheesecake

Ingredients

Creamy base:

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ package of cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 scoops (36g) of vanilla flavored protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • ½ cup of milk (optional)

Crust:

  • 4 crumbled Graham crackers
    or a mixture of rolled oats + a drizzle of coconut oil

Trim :

  • Strawberry, blueberry, or mixed berry puree of your choice

Preparation

  1. Prepare the creamy base:
    In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, maple syrup and milk until smooth and homogeneous.
  2. Assemble the verrines:
    Distribute the Graham (or oat) crust in the bottom of small glasses.
    Next, add the creamy mixture on top.
  3. Add the fruity topping:
    Place a layer of fresh fruit puree on top.
  4. Refrigerator:
    Let it rest for about 2 hours to achieve a firm and decadent texture.
