Chocolate and Berry Overnight Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup of water or milk of your choice
- 1/2 cup of rolled oats
- 1 scoop (18g) of chocolate protein powder, plain drink
- 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
- 1/3 of Greek yogurt
For the garnish, to taste
- Fresh, dried or frozen fruit
- Nuts, seeds
- Nut butter
Preparation
- In a mason jar or a resealable, airtight container, shake all the ingredients. Then, add the desired toppings.
- Leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning.
