Chocolate and Berry Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of water or milk of your choice
  • 1/2 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 scoop (18g) of chocolate protein powder, plain drink
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of maple syrup
  • 1/3 of Greek yogurt

For the garnish, to taste

  • Fresh, dried or frozen fruit
  • Nuts, seeds
  • Nut butter

Preparation

  1. In a mason jar or a resealable, airtight container, shake all the ingredients. Then, add the desired toppings.
  2. Leave to rest in the refrigerator overnight and enjoy the next morning.
