½ to 1 cup of oat milk or beverage (adjust according to desired texture)
1/3 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation steps:
Line a square pan (approximately 8 x 8 inches) with parchment paper to facilitate unmolding.
In a large bowl, mix the oats, protein powder, hemp (or pumpkin) seeds and chia seeds.
Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and 1/2 cup of oat milk or regular milk. Mix well with a spatula or your hands. ➤ If the mixture seems too dry, gradually add a little more liquid until you obtain a smooth, pliable dough.
Add the chocolate chips and distribute them evenly throughout the mixture.
Pour the mixture into a prepared square mold and press firmly using a spatula or the back of a spoon to compact it well.
Refrigerate for at least 3 hours , or until firm.
Once the mixture has set completely, unmold and cut into bars or squares. Store in the fridge in an airtight container for 5 to 7 days , or freeze to store for longer.
